The Turing Test

This is a great book cover. Definitely one of the best I’ve seen in the self-published world. The simplicity of the cover belies its science fiction narrative and yet the chess piece serves as a perfect visual allegory for the narrative, which explores the potential relationship between man and robots in a world that is not-too-futuristic.

The shades and tones here are warm but defined, and it makes a handsome addition for the bookshelf. The empty space hints at the unknown of the future and technology. It’s a clever story too, with a far more realistic view and wholly satisfying conclusion than most other books in its genre.
